To protect the integrity of our member pricing, all discount quotations require manual membership verification. When you submit a quote request, our team confirms your active membership status before preparing your personalized quotation. Membership status is verified against your registered membership email address.
Membership Lifecycle
Your membership is active from the moment your payment is confirmed. All member benefits apply immediately.
If you cancel, your membership remains fully active until the end of your current paid billing period. No benefits are removed early.
Once your paid period ends, membership benefits stop. New quote requests will be treated as standard inquiries.
You can rejoin at any time. A new subscription immediately restores full member status and benefits.
Billing, Renewal & Cancellation
Billing
Monthly memberships are billed on the same date each month. Annual memberships are billed once per year on your subscription anniversary date.
Automatic Renewal
Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder email before each renewal.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — you will not be charged again, and your benefits remain active until that date.
Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. If you experience a billing issue, please contact us directly and we will review your case.
